The Prince George’s County Women’s Commission will present their first Women’s Legislative Conference Sunday, October 28th at the Prince George’s County Community College featuring leaders like Rep. Donna Edwards, County Executive Rushern Baker, County Council Chair Andrea Harrison, and council members Ingrid Turner and Karen Toles. The theme of the conference is “Educate, Empower, Engage” and its motto is “WE3 – Women Educated, Women Empowered, Women Engaged.”

Joseph Lynn Kitchen Jr. is an ordained Baptist minister from Prince George’s County, MD where he serves as a community leader on issues of education reform, public transportation and youth empowerment. Joseph is Executive Vice-President of the Young Democrats of Maryland and National Policy and Platform Director of the Young Democrats of America’s Minority Caucus.
